Alicia Lau

Next Generation Talent

Alicia joined Kleiner Perkins in 2018 and is responsible for leading the firm's next-generation talent strategy. She runs the Kleiner Perkins Fellows Program, which pairs top engineering, product, and design talent with the most innovative companies. To date, Alicia has helped thousands of talented individuals find opportunities at portfolio companies and has facilitated a number of investments for the firm. She also manages other strategic initiatives that connect the firm to aspiring founders.

Alicia graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree from the Haas School of Business. She was also UC Berkeley's Student Body Vice President.

Welcome, 2021 Fellows

In 2012, we started the Kleiner Perkins Fellows program where we introduced students interested in technology and entrepreneurship, to opportunities at companies we believe in. This year, we welcome 102 Fellows from 38 universities across 41 partnering companies.
